Healthcare services at a pay per service fee.

 

DOT physicals

$90 for standard DOT physical

On site vs Off site DOT

We can provide onsite DOT physicals. Onsite physicals can be at your choice of location. Multiple employers can split this expense if from different companies and can be performed at one facility. We do ask that a minimum of 5 physicals be needed to set this up.

Off site DOT can be scheduled at our location in Troutman, Wilkes, or North Iredell. This will be available two half days during the week.

Return to work physical for DOT

$90

We provide DOT return to work physicals. These are typically needed after a surgery or leave of absence from work. Clearance letters will be requested from the provider that wrote you out of work.

Drug Screening.

Federal DOT drug screens $50

Non Federal drug screen pricing based on desired drugs to be tested.

Sports Physicals

$50 per child

Call and request sports physicals to be available at your school ‘s sign up night. Coupons will be honored from other local urgent care facilities.

Pre-employment non DOT physical

$90

These type of physicals are needed for certain jobs. A generic physical form can be provided, however if a certain form is needed please bring this to your appointment.

Sick visit

As of this time insurance is not filed. We are working on taking major insurance plans.

Medication refill

$50 for standard visit

  • Medication refills for non controlled substances

  • additional fees if blood work is needed for monitoring

  • 30 day refill, with proof of recent prescription to medication.

Weight loss services

$100 for first month to assess needs

$50 for each additional month.

3 month plans to help with weight loss. This will include methods including diet, exercise, counseling on stress. Medication may be used if needed, and if patient has no underlying condition that would prevent usage of medication

Health maintenance

On Site health care can be set up for businesses. This will help decrease time loss that impacts productivity. Please call if you are interested in having a health care provider at your work site that can diagnosis and treat common illnesses. This can be set up in half day increments, weekly, or monthly.
